If your group has spent the last three weekends saying, “We need to organise something,” consider this the actual plan.
Not Your Average Bingo Night
Yes, there is bingo.
But House of Drag is built around much more than numbers and cards.
The experience combines bingo with live drag performances, comedy, glamorous costumes and full party energy, creating something closer to a live entertainment night than a traditional bingo session.
Expect:
Live drag entertainment
Bingo games
Comedy
Music
Audience interaction
Glamorous performances
Prizes
A high-energy party atmosphere
You still want the winning numbers.
You just have considerably more to watch while you wait for them.
Looking for a Drag Show in Leeds?
If you have been searching for a drag show in Leeds, House of Drag offers something a little more interactive than sitting back and watching a conventional stage performance.
You get the live entertainment.
But you also get the bingo.
The audience is part of the energy, and the games give everyone something to follow throughout the night.
That makes it especially good for groups where everyone wants something slightly different.
One person comes for drag.
Someone comes for bingo.
Someone comes because the group chat told them to.
Everybody still gets the same night out.
Things to Do in Cross Gates With Friends
If you are looking for things to do in Cross Gates or East Leeds, an event like House of Drag gives you a proper reason to get the group together.
Instead of simply choosing another place for drinks, you have a full evening built around live entertainment.
That works brilliantly for:
Birthdays
Hen parties
Friends’ nights out
Group celebrations
Work socials
Weekend plans
House of Drag itself highlights birthdays, hen parties and bigger group celebrations as a natural fit for the experience.
Planning a Birthday Night Out in Leeds?
A birthday deserves more than somebody sending:
“Pub?”
into the group chat.
House of Drag gives you an actual event to organise everyone around.
You can meet for food beforehand.
Head to Cross Gates for the show.
Enjoy bingo, drag and comedy.
Then decide whether everyone is behaving responsibly and going home.
We can probably guess how that last part will go.
A Different Leeds Hen Party Idea
If you are organising a hen do in or around Leeds, House of Drag gives you entertainment and an activity in one booking.
That means fewer separate reservations and less time trying to coordinate everybody.
You get:
Drag entertainment
Bingo
Comedy
Music
A party atmosphere
all in the same night.
House of Drag already has dedicated content around hen dos and larger group bookings, making this a natural fit for celebrations.
If you are still planning the hen, read our Drag Queen Hen Party Guide before booking.
Never Played Bingo Before?
No problem.
House of Drag is not designed only for serious bingo players.
The game is easy to follow, and the live entertainment gives everyone plenty to enjoy even if this is your first time with a bingo card.
Somebody in your group will probably become unexpectedly competitive.
That is normal.
Just try not to lose them completely when they are one number away.
What Should You Wear?
There is no need to overcomplicate it.
But if your wardrobe contains sequins, bold colours or something that has been waiting for the right occasion, this might be it.
House of Drag encourages guests to embrace the glamour, with bold colours, sequins and full-glam looks all fitting naturally with the experience.
Think:
Sequins
Bold colours
Partywear
Statement accessories
Matching group looks
Hen party themes
A little extra glamour
Or just wear whatever makes you feel ready for a proper Saturday night out.
Make a Full Leeds Night of It
Your night could be simple:
Meet the group
↓
Dinner or drinks
↓
House of Drag Bingo at Cross Gates from 9pm
↓
Drag, bingo, comedy and party entertainment
↓
Photos, laughs and questionable decisions about whether to carry on afterwards
One main event gives the whole group something to build the evening around.
Leeds Events in November: Put This One in the Calendar
The current House of Drag tour schedule lists Leeds Crossgates on Saturday 7 November, followed by Leicester on 14 November.
That means the Leeds date is part of the touring House of Drag Bingo experience rather than a regular weekly event.
So if you are searching for Leeds events this November, there is a very specific date to plan around.
Looking for Bingo in Leeds?
If your original search was bingo Leeds, you may have expected something more traditional.
House of Drag keeps the familiar bingo game but surrounds it with live entertainment, comedy and glamour.
You still have the card.
You still want the numbers.
You still want to win.
But the night is designed to be about much more than the game alone.
Why House of Drag Works for Group Nights Out
A good group night needs everybody to feel involved.
That is where interactive entertainment works particularly well.
You are not simply sitting at separate ends of a table trying to hear each other.
Everyone is following the same games.
Everyone is watching the same show.
Everyone reacts together.
House of Drag’s group-booking content specifically positions the event for hen dos, birthdays and work nights out, with the idea that booking together makes the experience easier to organise.
